As I began my personal path of evolution, yoga and meditation techniques brought together the innate trust in the universe, with a methodology. This method and technique made real and actual those states of awareness and consciousness that I only “believed in” before.

This connection between Western physics and Eastern metaphysics is crucial to our unfolding awareness. Otherwise our beliefs remain theories, rather than practices.
